Lead Xavier PTY LTD was established in March 2019, has a company registration of 2019/129307/07.The company is 100% black owned, with a women ownership of 50%, has registered on the Central Supplier Database and is BBBEE compliant.


The directors and team have a vast knowledge and experience in areas of performance management systems, organizational and individual. The company has worked with a number of municipalities in KwaZulu Natal and also worked with municipalities in other provinces such as the Eastern Cape, Northern Cape and Limpopo. Projects where the company was appointed directly and also where the company was sub-contracted by companies such as Dynamic Dashing Solutions, Mntambo Financial Consulting CC, Mkhabela NV Holdings and CCG Systems.


The company is driven by service excellence and also completed all projects timeously.

Samukelisiwe Khanyile

Eleven (11) year's Performance Planning, Monitoring, Reporting and Evaluation – Provincial, Local Government and Companies as a Performance Management Expert.
Consulting in various projects – Development of Strategic Documents, OPMS, IPMS & Strategic Planning Sessions
Five (5) years as a Director and PMS Expert at Lead Xavier
Audit Committee member for 6 municipalities
Formal qualifications PGD in Leadership obtained at the UKZN Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor Commerce degree (HRM and SCM), UKZN PMB

Mthokozisi Khanyile

Mr. M Khanyile is a strategic planner with vast corporate administration experience in Human Resource Development. 

He has more than ten years’ experience in the field, focusing on Strategic Planning, Program Management and Reporting, Governance and Risk Management. 

Five (5) years as a Director and PMS specialist at Lead Xavier.
Formal academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with Local Economic Development specialization
Bachelor of Social Science degree majoring in Business Management and Economics both obtained from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
Other Certificates include Payroll Administration and Financial Accounting from accredited training institutions

Nondumiso Ngcobo

Introduced to Municipal Performance Management during internship at COGTA
Municipal Performance Monitoring, Reporting and Evaluation unit in 2017
Joined Lead Xavier in June 2020 as a Junior PMS Consultant and admin support.
Has been involved in a number of OPMS and IPMS support, shadowing the PMS Expert and Specialists.
Qualifications include a B-Tech: Public Management degree and Public Management diploma both obtained at the Durban University of Technology

Sanele Mazibuko

Joined Lead Xavier in August 2020 as a Junior PMS Consultant. Has been involved in a number of OPMS and IPMS support, shadowing the PMS Expert and Specialists
